Here are some quick tips for greening your print practices:

• Utilize Copy Center Web-to-Print services first, then division printing, then office printing only when needed
• Explore digital resources and tools and move your documents from print to web!

  • Consider digital signage: Student Life's "Digital Bulletin Board" Padlet

To encourage pono printing practices, this guide connects Leeward CC staff, faculty, and administration with printing information and services. Goals of Black & White is Green include reducing waste, conserving resources, and saving cost for the college.

Copy Center's Web-to-Print service is LIVE!

1. Visit the Web-to-Print website [Opens in new window]
2. Login with your UH username and password
   1. All UH employees should have access, but if your password doesn't work, try leeward in all lower-case
3. Upload new documents, or you may search "My files" for saved documents
4. Review print settings, shipping information, and billing details
   1. Black & White is Green (and free of charge for you!)
5. Place order

You will receive an email confirmation immediately. Document services are completed within 24-hour (business days).

Color printing is so 2020... Before you print:

• Select black & white 
• Change font color to black and remove any highlighting
• Deselect background graphics
• Select "Greyscale" when printing color documents
