Pass Expiration
NYTimes.com accounts expire after one year. If you are receiving a message that you have reached your monthly limit (access to articles), please go to myaccount.nytimes.com/grouppass and log in. You should receive a message that your account has been renewed and the new subscription date. You can also check NYTimes.com Academic Passes Troubleshooting Guide for more help. If you already have an NYT.com account or for some reason you're not able to log in to your account, use the Forgot Password link to reset your account and sync it with your existing account. After clicking the Forget Password link you will receive an email from the New York Times with a link to reset your password.
